I think since a bot should work automatically, it also should be able to choose the the pairs at its own.
The bot could look into the exchanges market at volume and %Change (with the option to also add CoinCap or other services), them choose new coins.
Exchanges new coins with old ones without balance.
But you need also to choose coins you want to always stay in the GB-pool.
