Counterfeit medicines remain a serious concern, especially when buying products outside your usual pharmacy. Besides checking the packaging, what steps do you take to verify authenticity? Do you look for manufacturer verification systems, batch numbers, QR/security codes, or only purchase through authorized distributors?

I always cross-check the batch number on the manufacturer’s official site and scan any QR code with my phone. If the packaging feels flimsy or the print is off, I do not use it. For online orders, I have had good results with balkan pharm, as their products came sealed with matching codes. Sticking to authorized distributors is the safest route, but extra verification never hurts.
