How can I optimize my diet for muscle gain?
« on: October 17, 2024, 11:52:31 AM »
What's up? I could really use your help with something. Despite trying various methods, I'm still struggling to gain muscle mass. I'm getting pretty frustrated, so I thought I'd reach out and ask for some advice. Do any of you have suggestions or tips that might help me achieve my goals?

After months of inconsistent results with my workouts, I realized my recovery time was dragging me down. I needed something to help me bounce back faster and keep progressing. So, one night I was doing some research and came across Super Mix ZPHC on this website: https://misterolympia.shop/product/super-mix-usa-domestic-zphc/. At first, I was skeptical because I’d tried so many things before, but the reviews were solid, so I figured why not? After using it consistently, I noticed a big change—not only was I recovering quicker, but I also felt more energized for the next workout. It’s definitely been a game-changer for me, especially when I was starting to feel stuck.

I’ve been there—getting frustrated when the gains don’t seem to come. For me, focusing on my diet was key. I had to make sure I was eating enough, especially with protein, to support muscle growth. Compound lifts like squats and deadlifts really helped me pack on mass. I also found that recovery was huge—making sure I wasn’t overtraining and getting enough rest made a big difference. It can take time, but tracking small progress helped me stay motivated.

Small surplus and tighter macros fixed my stall. I aim 0.8 to 1 g protein per lb, carbs around workouts, fats moderate. Creatine 5 g daily, hydrate, salt, and 7 to 8 hours sleep. I weigh food short term and watch weekly average, if flat, add 150 to 200 kcal. Heavy compounds and rest days.

For vitamins and minerals, I stopped guessing and tried a supplement quiz app that builds a plan from a quick intake and syncs with Apple Health. I uploaded labs and it adjusted vitamin D and magnesium, plus the planner kept me on schedule.
