Gunbot server offline; Error: connect ECONNREFUSED 138.197.69.201:5000

Good morning,

Are there issues with the gunbotserver?
Gunbot is spitting errors, I think due to Error: connect ECONNREFUSED 138.197.69.201:5000.
It worked fine untill i rebooted the bot.
