Poloniex API Drops Out

Is anybody else having trouble with Poloniex? Their API drops out daily for me and I keep having to set up a new one. It's also extremely slow when it does work. I've contacted them, but their customer support is non existent. Is this a known problem with Poloniex? Does anyone have advice?

I got it working better by using a VPN set to Ireland. It's still much slower than Binance though. >:(

Set a very high delay. They always required high delays.
