cant withdraw from gunthy exchange

Ive created a user at https://gunthy.org/exchange/
Ive deposited btc there and exchanged it to gunthy tokens.

when i try to withdraw it , it says i need to add address, when i try to add it says i need to confirm my account

Im still wating for my kyc info to get verified but it pending for days now..  someone i looking at it ?
