Error: connect ECONNREFUSED 138.197.69.201:5000

Just got this error "Error: connect ECONNREFUSED 138.197.69.201:5000" right after "GUI Server Deployed: http://localhost:5000"

It was OK a few hours ago but after I tried to add Telegram setting it generates errors

I can confirm the same error. I did not change telegram settings. from one moment to the other this error was generated. Rebooted the PC from my end. no luck on fixing it.

I think something on the side of the gunbot service broke.

I have the same error, with no modification.
Yesteday it was OK, Today it's Down
I think it's a gunbot server problem.

It was caused by a problem with license server. It's working fine now.
