How do I recover my gunbot account

I purchased Gunthar_De_Niro's Gunbot account on Bitify on August 20, 2017. But now I can't use it anymore.
Unfortunately my telegram account because it has been in use for too long, has been deleted, so I don't know how to ask for support now. I remember Gunthar_De_Niro saying that he would ask someone else for support on telegram.
Can someone help me? Thank you.
