timeout 198.54.117.199:5000

Hello guys,

might there be an issue with the gunbot "server"? I get a timeout to 198.54.117.199:5000. Gunbot will not even display licence information before the error is given.
Ive reinstalled the bot and so renewed the bot acces through my firewall. internet is not a problem on the gunbot machine, tested it.
The issue emerged about 1.5 hours ago.

Issue is resolved at this moment. IP-adress is reachable again.

It was a temporary server problem. Everything it's working fine now
