Red Empty Error

Hi everyone! Beginner here.

For the last week I've been struggling with my Gunbot Starter 'cause every time the bot wants to buy or sell he gives me the infamous red, empty error. I'm unsing binance and I tried both USDT-BTC and BTC-ETH pairs, always running only one at a time. Tried fresh installation countless time.
Reading this article (https://gunbot.shop/fix-empty-error-on-gunbot/) I did pretty much everything, still getting the same error.

Running on VPS, double checked anything from the API Keys, system time, increasing the delay, strategy setting to typo errors... I really can't find the problem.


If someone has an idea of what I'm getting wrong, I'd be really thankful. I searched in other threads but I can't find anything I haven't already tried.

Could you post a screenshot so we can have a better idea of the error?

Also, in your Gunbot folder there is a file err.log. Could you attach it here?

Sure, sorry for the bad quality pictures I took but I had those from a previous contact with my reseller tech support (that did not help so far  )

I included the pic of the command line when the bot is trying to trade, if it's helpful (in the end I stopped the core).


The error logs is just full of empty errors like this:

As I said, I already digged through that article and still having the same error. Maybe I'm doing something wrong but I checked every steps multiple times.

Ok. I see it says "Max price" and "Min price" = 0.
Try latest Starter version, it should work fine:

A few days later still I don't know what the issue was, but not it works.

I was using v12.8.3, I tried v12.8.1 and it run straight on the first try. Thank you very much for remind me to always try previous version's software

have you tried installing a fresh version of the latest stable version?
sometimes for whatever reason that seems to be the best solution.
