Gunbot v11.7.6_b906 not buying

Hi,

I have a big challenge with my bot (v11.7.6_b906):
With Callback Messages enabled, the GUI notifies me when a pair is ready to buy/sell or has reached a stop limit, but it will not act upon it.
Based on TV, the conditions have been met a buy should have taken place :-(. This is happening with the BB strategy as well as with the ichimoku one.

Buy and Sell are enabled in the trade strategy.

Do I need to activate Take buy / take profit as well??

Also you can contact your reseller. He should be able to give you support and take a deep look into your issue.

On the other hand, v12 is about to be released. There is a very advanced beta right now. You could wait a bit and try v12, or just try the latest v12 beta. Anyway, your best bet is to contact your reseller and ask him to take a deep look into your settings and logs.

Thanks a lot for the reply. I was able to clarify the "issue" with my retailer. It was a mix of misunderstanding the "trail-me" function as well as some differences in the TradingView scripts.

How can i manually set the bags to zero? I am having issues with the bot not trading as well. Most of my pairs have some "bags in base" but I dont have any of that coin at all.

"Bags in base" shows the value of your "bag" in base currency. It can happen that this value does not disappear after a sell order, this does not matter and it will be updated after the next buy order.

thank you, so if i were make a manual buy the pair should start trading again?

also according to the link you posted earlier in the thread it states this

8- Bagged pair = no buy or sells for that pair

So what i was really wanting is if that is there an override setting that can zero out the "bags in base" factor.

Hi Apepper, can you post the bot logs and the amount of base coin and secondary coin you have? So we can check if everything is ok, or there is something that needs to be fixed. Usually "bags in base" is fixed itself after making a new buy.
