Today I updated Gunbot to version 12.8.9 and using the article here : https://gunbot.shop/gunthy-coin-all-you-need-to-know/ I created a token address.

I imported the token address in my Gunbot, but after some minutes it stopped working.

I just checked Gunbot and it says "Your balance is 0"

What is the problem here?

Hi, it's normal. Gunbot v12+ requires Gunthy tokens. You just need to send an email to your reseller (or contact him directly via Telegram) and ask him to link your license to your Gunthy wallet, so you will get your tokens in your wallet and you will be able to use Gunbot v12+

The problem is that I bought Gunbot from Neoalpha02 but he is inactive here from year 2017... I sent him a message, but no reply.
Should I contact Gunthar directly?
