Hi, I purchased Gunbot last week Wednesday (Feb 7th) and would like a refund. Any help would be greatly appreciated.... thanks!

You should talk to your reseller ... where you bought the bot in the first place.

I did and he said I needed to find a buyer and do the following:

1) Contact Buyer/Seller
2) Contact Agreed Escrow
3) Buyer/Seller gives API to Escrow
4) Escrow sorts with Gunthar
5) Buyer sends money to Escrow
6) Escrow finalizes transfer
7) Escrow sends payment to Seller

Please note fees:
1) Seller Asking Price
2) Escrow Fee
3) Transfer Fees to/from Wallets/Exchanges etc (this can have multiple points so clarify all the fees from sides)

oh, so actually you're not getting a refund. you're selling a second hand license. put your ad in the marketplace section of the forum.

How is it not a refund?  The GUNBOT Terms of Service states there is a 14 day refund policy and it's been less than 14 days.

Where does it say that? In The GUNBOT Users manual and license agreements it clearly states in bullet 3 that there is a 14 day refund policy.

don't bicker now, you have been instructed to sell your license on the second hand market. put an ad in the marketplace, you'll get rid of it quicker. not for the full purchase price, but there's that.
