Noob - Setup Issues

Just setup new install.  added key and configured a strategy, and when i attempt to run the strategy is get..

"Errors
(node:1692) UnhandledPromiseRejectionWarning: Unhandled promise rejection (rejection id: 1): Error: statusCode 403
