Poloniex "8 API errors per second" issue 5.0.4

I am frequently getting an error stating "Please no more than 8 API's per second" on 5.0.4.
I know enough coding to get by, but I cannot find where I can change the API's per second in the config file.
Is the issue with the bot or with Poloniex?
If it's the bot, can someone tell me where I can lower the API calls per second in the config file?

Settings "BOT_DELAY" higher will solve this issue, I have 30 pairs running and mine is set to 12, When I had 20 pairs I did 10 delay. Just set the number higher until the errors are less frequent.  You will still see it pop up every once in a while, which I believe it is normal as I do as well.
