purchased threw cryptobot and says invalid license

i purchased a license from cryptobot and when i run it it says that i have an invalid licence key. its version 3.3.2
Please help

Welcome to the community.

I run 3.3.2 myself on Bittrex.  Make sure you have no spaces (' ') around the API key, front and at the end.  Look in the config file if necessary.  Sometimes easier to see it in the text editor.

Post screenshots and/or your config file (without your secret) and someone may be able to assist.

well unfortunatly ive been away from home ive had my girlfriend try to set it up and thats whats going on. she said there is no config file at least not on its own. there are config files for different pairs but no file that just says config. i downloaded gunbot from thecryptobot.com site. i did find on here that they are a reseller so im just lost

Take your time and read the forums.  Join the Telegram chat groups.

The market going downwards at the moment isn't the best time for a newbie to turn your GunBot on.  So don't be frustrated.  Just take your time.  Read, watch some YouTube videos, and contact your reseller.

Yes.  Looks like the API key.  Be patient it isn't activated instantly.  It can take some time (a few hours).

Look in the text editor at the API key in your config files.  I can't see if there are any spaces in your secret (nor can you) when it's all "******".  Easy to get a space character at the beginning or the end.

Also, try another trading pair?

Hello, how did you manage to fix it with the Invalid License message?
I've read and verified what's in: https://thecryptobot.com/2017/09/03/troubleshooting-gunbot-3-3-2-error-codes/
but it is not my case.
I have verified several times if I left spaces at the beginning, end, and in the middle of the Api keys but nothing to do.
