If you buy a license used, is the exe included?

Hey everyone.  Can anyone with a license get any version of gunbot.exe? I realize that the gui is aftermarket. Just trying to find out before i try to purchase.

Anyone can download the Gunbot.

version 3.3.2 is considered the most stable --

You need a license to have it work properly (pass the orders through to the exchange via API).
