FAX Service - Why is this still a thing in this day and age?

[Betsycrant]

I was wondering if anyone knows of a digital fax service for FREE, Or affordable fee for each page faxed Or last resort a minimal monthly fee? Every so often I get a request to Fax a few documents for my notary services. Its unbelievable that anyone even still uses a fax machine, but they are out there.

I send faxes for my notary work with Faxly and their how-to page at https://www.faxly.com/how-to-send-a-fax shows how simple it is. The 48-hour pass for about $1.99 works well for occasional use.
