It could be caused by several things. For example, if you already have the coin the bot it's trying to buy, in the case the amount is higher than TV_MVTS, the bot would switch to sell mode and it wouldn't execute buy orders. On the other hand, if you are trading with USDT or any other fiat coin as base coin, make a manual buy and sell to assure the bot has reference prices. For example, if you want to trade USDT-LTC, use some USDT to buy LTC (a very small amount is enough), then sell those LTC back for USDT.
