Having issues with V12

I can not get V12 to run i have no issues with v11
This is the error:

have you checked for typos within your API keys, or if you are using Binance, have you checked if your API keys still exist there?
Also, have you added a bot delay of around 5 - 10 so that the exchange doesnt boot you ?
