Error placing buy order on Bittrex

Hi all,

This has been plagueing me for a while now and is getting quite frustrating since the bot is missing out on key buy orders.

The following pops up in the log when the bot tries to place an order:
Error: "Issue creating buy order."
    at errorHandler (C:\snapshot\Gunbot-master\ctx-wrapper.js:0:0)
    at
    at process._tickCallback (internal/process/next_tick.js:188:7)

Theres nothing in the errors log yet.

Running V8.0.3 on Windows server. Pair is BTC-NEO. Strat is emotionless with the following overides: Trading volume:0.04. Min volume to buy/sell:0.02

Any ideas why the bot is unable to place orders.

I have also noticed that the folder it is referring to does not exist on the drive.

Ok so managed to get it working now by setting Trade limit to "ON" on my Bittrex API. Buy order was placed successfully but now getting the following error which seemed to have not affected the trade but not sure what it is referring to as it is quite a long error:
