Hi folks,

I'm having serious trouble in just getting some support. I've tried pms to both gunthy and my reseller 'coinrebels' - telegrams to both, e-mails to gunthy admin (no e-mail supplied for reseller).

I have made some API errors - foolishly deleting the one from my exchange that I supplied at purchase.

I would be extremely grateful of a response.

Gunbot was chosen as it came very well reviewed from both an operational and a post sale service and report point of view - I'm afraid this hasn't been my experience to date.

The optimist in me is assuming my reseller is just taking a break but some feedback 'any feedback' would be welcome at this point.

One week in and quite exasperated at this point,

 Hi Johnny, lately there are some claims about the lack of support of Coinrebels (gunbot.com).

It seems you are not even using the latest Gunbot version. Try this one:

On the other hand, be sure your resellers has properly activated your Api key and you have put your api and secret in the GUI.

Have you downloaded your software from :
Gunbot Standard edition and higher:  https://github.com/GuntharDeNiro/BTCT/releases

Also, have you created your erc-20 wallet so that you can get an airdrop of the Gunthy Tokens?
