3 months still not working

I have tried installing on another computer and it still doesn't work.
I have tried re typing API keys
I have tried different versions of Gunbot

Not sure what to do. See image attached.

I think you can't have an API with a hyphen, just letters and numbers, no other characters. For the secret it doesn't matter, but the API must be just letters and numbers.

Thank you for the idea. I removed the hyphens, but still no luck.

Yeah, but is this the API you sent to the reseller when purchasing your bot? If so, you are not verified to use the bot. Bot verification requires an API with letters and numerals only. I suggest you get on Telegram with Narkotix. He can check and fix you in less than half an hour if the API is the cause of your problems.

First, don't TYPE API keys.  Copy and Paste them. If you have been typing thee is a 100% chance you made a mistake either on your end or when you provided them to the reseller. 

Contact the person you bought from and get them to reenter your API keys from a COPIED text.
