bot wont connect to poloniex, security and 403 errors

first i tried version 3.3.2
then i tried version 5.0.1
then i tried version4.0.5
*edited* just tried newest version 5.0.4  same error

checked my api key and secret 100x ... no extra spaces, gunthar even added a 2nd api to my license to double check... and still get the same errors
same computer Bittrex connects and works fine

I checked .json file (1st attached pic)
I get this HTML error (2nd pic)
that html error is translated in (3rd pic) ....Why do i have this Poloniex Security Check through api?

I have bittrex and poloniex bots in separate folders
tried port 5002 because running 2 bots

always

no, but i should try accessing through one

i used a vpn and I happily connected to poloniex

so maybe poloniex doesnt like my service provider so strange because i set my IP access restriction to: Restricted and Unrestricted

any ideas why i have to go through a vpn?

new day, new error for the poloniex gunbot api.

Error : Nonce must be greater than 150600629961900000. You provided 15060024781600000.

should i change the api Key?
why do i have to connect through a vpn?
