Deleted my Secret key, need help please

Hi,
I need to know what my options are here, i deleted (copied over the text by mistake) my secret key and now i am stuck.  I want to upgrade GB, but wont have the secret key.  Do i have any options here?

You'll need to generate a new API key and contact your reseller.  Authorized Reseller can request an API key change from Gunthar.

You'll need to have your old API key (without secret) and your new API key (also without secret) sent to Gunthar.
