I've noticed universities are increasingly involved in AI research across areas like climate science, health, software, and business. Do you think this growth is creating meaningful new opportunities for students outside traditional computer science programs as well? Which AI-related skills do you think will become most valuable for students over the next few years?

For students outside computer science, data literacy, ethical reasoning, and project management skills will be most valuable. I recently saw related programs highlighted in York University news, where items like the new disability case management certificate show how universities are creating practical pathways beyond traditional tech fields. That kind of institutional support is exactly what makes cross-disciplinary AI work meaningful.
