About the master key ?

Hi,

Everything is in the title, was wondering what is the master key option. I haven't found information about it on the wiki nor here.

Update:

Master key : The API key with witch you purchased gunbot. (wasn't that hard) :)

Another question then, is it mandatory to set up the master key first ? Or can i use another API key directly ?

And also what's the point of using a key other than the master one ? Is it safer ?
