Exchange with low or no Fees

Are there any plans to support exchanges like BitMex and Coincheck that have very low or no trading fees? This would increase the ROI of our Gunbot purchase.

The second question, if there is no future support planned would I be able to copy the API calls from previously created exchanges and add the API calls for the exchange I wish to use?
