any bitcoin related application is going to make people nervous, but gunbot has a long history of existing and no one has ever had issues with security flaws or with their being anything uncouth happening through the api communications.
within the crypto realm, word of mouth and trust is our main source of currency.

have you tried going into the main telegram support chat and seeing if someone can trace your reseller through your license ?
Sounds feasible.
also, since you paid for gunbot with btc, you should have that address that you paid still, so that should also help track down your reseller.

have you checked for typos within your API keys, or if you are using Binance, have you checked if your API keys still exist there?
Also, have you added a bot delay of around 5 - 10 so that the exchange doesnt boot you ?

Binance wiped out everyones API keys, so now you have to contact your reseller after creating new API keys and have them register these new keys.
Hopefully you get everything back up and running ASAP, as i know it can be frustrating to wait for things to be back in working order again

Gunthar delegated this administrative task to two staff members there.

Thankyou.  I have not been registered for the Telegram channel. Since my reseller is long gone, what do I need to do to get onto the Telegram channel?  As I mentioned I have my original email receipt and the api number that was registered when I first bought...

If you are using binance, then most likely your API key was removed due to two different issues with Binance, the most recent being their wallets getting hacked.
You will need to log back in and create new API key access and then attempt to contact your reseller or someone higher up in order to register your new API keys

make sure you take note of old trades that might expire on the exchange history and or gunbot, as at times this can lead to selling a massive loss if the coin has lost lots of value since its initial trade.

when you purchased your gunbot license you should have received a few emails relating to the transaction.
check your spam folder, or cross-reference the website to the reseller list provided on the wiki.

Minimum orders sometimes mess up my trades as well, usually when I update my bot or do a fresh install.
I forget about the minimum sell and buys until it crashes my bot.
Thanks for reminding me to check this portion, as I was about to install Gunbot on my new machine.

Nice info.
The double-up option has saved me a couple of times, though it always feels risky, even with consistent victories due to it.
I haven't tried setting up different strats per coin, but perhaps I should.

I've seen a few people have issues with the airdrop, which is unfortunate.
Not sure if it's resellers falling behind, or if there was maybe a disconnect for other people on how to set up their airdrop wallet.

unfortunately the resellers don't have much control over the airdrop, as that is being managed by a few pay grades above them.

i get that sometimes when my wifi drops out from time to time due to too many connections.
as long as it isn't a permanent error, you should be fine.
