Cryptopia might be part of the problem.  They have horrible API support and I’ve given up on them.

One thing to try, if you haven’t already, is to manually
Make a small buy and sell on a trading pair.  Then, perhaps, GunBot will see the trades via the API and start trading automatically.

Each exchange’s API is slightly different and needs to be massaged a bit.

Thank you, I've done that a couple times. Wish I hadn't used Cryptopia as my one exchange.. but my favorite coin (Electroneum) is there and I'm familiar with this exchange and yeah, it is problematic to say the least..

If I can get this working, I'll upgrade to a better version happily.. but it would be foolish to do so until then.

Sorry if I made it sound like I was trying other strategies, I was trying other settings other versions of GunBot..

The version supplied by CoinRebels was the first version I tried which I couldn't get to buy and sell
then for $h1ts and giggles and tried the XT version and the RT version but of course just Cryptopia and Emotionless
Still no buys and sells.. I will try your setting suggestions for emotionless but really hoping it buys when it's time to buy !!!

It seems most of the settings are configured by default for BTC-XXX so had to figure that out..

I'll seriously consider upgrading to a more advanced version once my trial of LT version gets me some buys and sells and little bit of satisfaction

I have the same problem! and "Read The WIKI" is not very helpful (I have read over and over would love more details descriptions)

I have the "LT" version which strangely I cannot find on Github as a release..
Got it from "Coinrebels" who also point to the wiki as an example of their awesome free support..
I use Emotionless Strategy
Cryptopia exchange
USDT-ETN pairing

It sold a few times at the very beginning a few days back... I watch it for days go lower in price.. nice dip.. then rise and GunBot was not buying! It was just happily churning away but not doing anything helpful. I am only complaining out of sheer frustration.. please help

Anyone saying read the WIKI is totally useless if they dont also provide some help at the same time.

Truly sorry if it seems I have an attitude, I been trying this for a week and a half using different strategy settings, different versions of the software, new and old.. each time setting it up from scratch again.

Still, it sells but doesnt buy for days upon days even when it looks obviously favorable and like it should have considering the settings.

Curious about this bug fix listed in the latest RT build 531 from the author:  Fix buy_enable/sell_enable ignored

Does that mean the other versions were ignoring the setting and this is why it wasnt buying?

Please help as I have spent many days and nights playing with $200 software, getting nowhere with the app and with support
