Technical Support & Development / GUI VS Wiki Timing error?

I noticed today Im getting a safety switch on so the wiki tells me its basically a cool down to make sure its not making fast trades on the same trend so its a good thing.  The wiki say the gui timing is in seconds, but the GUI says its in minutes?

Which one is it and how can i verify?
