Thanks @GreatWarlord, I tried that way the other day when i was poking around but on mine Identity Verification says pending. So it must have taken the broken send from before but maybe not sent the information.

I'm explicitly talking about the Gunthy Exchange. I deposited BTC into it directly, then I wanted to send my bitcoin money somewhere else because the gunthy exchange can only trade BTC and GUNTHY. In order to move BTC to another wallet you have to get verified. I can't get verified because of the error.
