I usually just run a quick crawl with Screaming Frog or use the Ahrefs SEO Toolbar if I’m just looking at a single page. If you want something more visual and immediate, SEOquake is a classic, it’s a browser extension that handles the basics like density, headers, and meta tags without having to leave the tab. Honestly, don't get too bogged down in the massive reports; just focus on whether your H1s actually match your primary keywords and if your images have alt text, as those are usually the quickest wins for visibility.
