I had the same a few weeks back. My KYC reply landed on day 3 after I re submitted on desktop Chrome, no VPN, passport instead of license, selfie in bright light. I also replied to ticket with ref number and that seemed to bump it. Once the selfie passed, verification flipped within hours. That support link is right, they followed up by email, so check spam and the portal. Unrelated, but I bought Six Nations Tournament Tickets and support responded in minutes when I had a checkout question. Felt secure and pricing was transparent even though sellers set rates.
