The bot tells me it can't sell it can't buy -  it basically seems as if it can't do much. Is this normal? Is this because the market conditions are deemed neutral or because there is a mistake in my set-up??

Hello can anyone tell me, in a pair BTC-EUR, in which currency we should put the minimum buys and sells? Is it in BTC or in EUR? It doesn't really specify...
