Title: Help with getting the bot to connect

I purchased it a couple of days ago but have not been able to get it to connect to the exchange. Spent hours trying various suggestions but nothing works. It has not connected to the exchange successful yet. I keep getting the 403 error- cycle error.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

More info needed.  Running linux or windows?  On your own local machine or a VPS?

hey did you figure this out? I purchased the license two days ago and keep getting the error as well 'statuscode 403'
