Title: What's the Biggest Challenge When Setting Up BIMI?

I'm planning to implement BIMI for our company's email domain and it seems there are quite a few prerequisites—DMARC enforcement, a compliant SVG logo, DNS configuration, and sometimes a Verified Mark Certificate. For anyone who's completed the setup, what part of the process was the most challenging, and are there any tools that made generating and validating the BIMI record easier?

The SVG logo validation and DNS setup gave me the most trouble. Using a good BIMI record generator (https://www.inboxally.com/bimi-record-generator/) simplified everything by checking the logo format and producing the exact TXT record for DNS. It saved me time and avoided errors. The built-in logo validator is especially handy for getting that SVG right before publishing.
