I go by feel and tire wear rather than a set schedule. For a proper check, I use auto alignment phoenix (https://petekelleysauto.com/) at Pete Kelley's. They’re honest, quick, and affordable, and their inspection catches issues before new tires get ruined. That’s been the most reliable approach for me.
