I did everything but I am receiving this error

Failure to meet minimum Gunthy token balance requirement to operate the bot. Please purchase more tokens to run the bot...

Any idea?

Hi, after the purchase, your wallet is linked to your api key. Then you need to wait up to several hours until you get the tokens. Note that the tokens are send by Idax, and they manually verify withdrawals.
