Constantly disconnect from localhost:5000 saying "ERR CONNECTION REFUSED" .
Tried the normal solutions:
1) not running off proxy
2) Cleared browsing cache and data
3) Internet is fine (currently running a dialling system off said internet with zero issues)
4) application has been granted access via OS on comp.
Any help would be appreciated.

A bit more background info might help:
What system? (VPN/Stand alone);
What OS? (Win./Mac/Linux);
What browser?
What version? (everything up to date...?)
Et cetera...

Hi thanks for response,
Stand alone operating not vpn.
Win being used.
Chrome.
V12.8.9
I have been connected to the local host but forever disconnects and then reconnects at some point , pain in the backside to say the least
*****UPDATE 2:27PM 17/4/19
Literally nothing working get connected for a while then says error refused connection.
I have tried:
Making sure all files are unticked read only
Clearing browsing history and cache
Checked internet connection
Restarted computer
Downloaded firefox for first time and tried on there
Ensured related apps had been allowed through firewall
Extremely annoying any help would be great

What you say is weird. Do you keep Gunthy-gui.exe opened. Have you checked your firewall is not blocking your connection. Something in your computer is blocking your connection. What I would do if I were you:
1- Contact your reseller and ask him for a Teamviewer session, so he can take a deep look into it.
2- Other option is just to get a good VPS and run the bot there:
