Title: Can we sell "YES" but "Waiting for open orders". Why ?

Hi all,
My bot was running from last night on USDT-BTC pairs .
 I can see a few trades opportunities. How ever the bot does not make any trade.
The log said: Can we sell "YES" but then "Waiting for open orders".   

What have I done wrongly ?

Check your minimum sell level

What exchange are you running on?
This error occurs for me every now and again on Binance.
When this issue occurs, the last order placed has the state "expired".
A workaround that I have been using is to stop, then restart the bot.
