Hello ,
i am new in Ginbot .
today I will try to strart it for the first time and  am afraid of making a big mistake and for that I would ask for advice from you .

use Poloniex .
Have  $$  in USDT wallet  and 0.2  ETH in etherium wallet .
I like to try USDT-ETH  Pair

I want 200$   trading limit for buy orders .
Use Bollinger Bands  for buy end sell  strategies.
if i'm wrong somewhere please help ?

can't see anything wrong with the strategy. the bot will try to firstly sell you ETH, so you may have to provide a bought price (which you can put in override). or, if you don't want to mess with override on your first use, manually sell (or remove to a wallet) your ETH, or maybe even choose another USDT pair.
