SOLVED


I just had to run on another machine. For whatever reason, that fixed things. I hope this helps others with similar circumstances.

I wonder if that stop_limit set to 100% is preventing the bot from trading, try to lower the number.

Thank you for the reply. I tried that on other instances and still nothing, but I sincerely appreciate the feedback.
