For bittrex u need write pair like BTC-NEO, BTC-ETC, not BTC_NEO or BTC_ETC...

PS ohh... u on Gunbot v3.3 sorry =) I'm donno.

Did you get this sorted out?  Are you running 3.3.2?  I'm not sure if it's the exact error but sometimes I get that error when there's an open order... do you have one for NEO?
