Allow LONG order only when current price is above MA200

Allow SHORT order only when current  price below MA200

Hello,
The problem wasn't there gunbot was trading perfectly at Binance, but then it automatically stopped trading certain pair buying/selling.
It started with not trading a few pairs then every pair was untradeable. I cannot even manually create buy/sell orders at the trading terminal, and I don't know what the problem is,
Config is without any problems.
Help would be appreciated.

I'm another that bought gunbot in Nov 2017, then upgraded to "all-exchanges" license over xmas 2017.
Checking my Telegram, the resellers I used back then don't seem to be around.
How do I get an updated license?

Since OAUTH2 is now required with GMail, IMAP is no longer an option. OAUTH2 has been an option for a while.
