I'm running the latest Gunbot 11.7.6 and it says RT which I take to be Reverse Trading. So, my question: is RT enabled by default out of the box or do you have to click somewhere to switch on?

It's disabled by default. If you want to activate it, follow these steps:

1- Access to GUI
2- Go to "Settings".
3- Click on "Strategy configurator" and choose the strategy you want to activate RT for.
4- Click on "Reversal Trading" tab and activate it 

Anyway, I recommend you to fully understand how it works and how will the bot behavior after activating it before start using it.

This error message can appear for several different reasons. The most common reason when running the bot on Binance, is time sync issue. It can be fixed by downloading "Time Sync Tool" (Check the point 1 of the link I posted above). In the case of Gdax, it usually happens when we forget to save the Passphrase. Gdax / Coinbase also needs the Passphrase, apart from the Api key and secret.

Hi Dropkickflo, you are getting a message something like "To many redirects" or something like that, aren't you? If so, it's a bug for v11.7.6 ARM version. Better to use a previous version while v12 is released.

Most likely something is wrong with your settings. We would need to see the settings you are running and the bot logs. Also your reseller should be able to help you.

The bot is able to trade with any pair allowed by the exchange. You can trade with the exact same pairs you can trade manually, so it not depends on the bot, it depends on the pairs supported by each exchange.

Be sure you have enough funds to make de buy / sell. Be sure to set Min value to buy and Min value to sell parameters to an amount that reach the minimum. For example, if you base coin is BTC, 0.01 is enough. In the case you use that amount for MVTB and / or MVTS with ETH as base coin, if could case the problem you are describing.

The bot runs on a local port, that is, it can't accessed form Internet. No one had any security issue. Also you can run it on a virtual machine or on a VPS if you feel more comfortable.

Hi, what you say is really weird. No one is banned from Elite group for just asking a question. And your reseller should be able to get you in again. Are you sure you purchased a real Gunbot license from a real reseller?

Yeah, I have a real licence. Being dealing with @Swordfish. He sent me a new link to join Gunthy_Elite and I got this response:

But I clicked the link immediately he sent it, so he told me to ask an admin here or on Discord, asked (altgear I think it was) on Discord and he told me he couldn't invite me as he couldn't verify what I was saying (fair enough) and to find an Admin to ask and straighten it all out.

Swordfish said he'd passed it on to someone, I am not sure who.

Your reseller gave you an expired invitation link to Elite group. You didn't get banned, you didn't even access to it  You should ask your reseller for a good working invite link.

Once you buy a Gunbot license, you can run any Gunbot version. So, the same license should work for any past, present or future version. The exception are the versions from 1 to 3, they have different licensing system. Anyway, you can ask your reseller to activate your license for v3 and lower versions and for v4+. Your problem looks like bad settings (non existing pair, bad syntasis, etc...). For example, adding BTC_LTC instead of BTC-LTC could cause that problem.

Btw, if you want to update, better to do it to the latest version (v11):

It could be caused by several things. For example, if you already have the coin the bot it's trying to buy, in the case the amount is higher than TV_MVTS, the bot would switch to sell mode and it wouldn't execute buy orders. On the other hand, if you are trading with USDT or any other fiat coin as base coin, make a manual buy and sell to assure the bot has reference prices. For example, if you want to trade USDT-LTC, use some USDT to buy LTC (a very small amount is enough), then sell those LTC back for USDT.

More things:

- Be sure you are running the latest stable version: https://gunbot.shop/gunbot-v11-7-5-stable-build-892-download-links/
- If it doesn't buy or sell and you don't know why, better to check the bot logs. There you can check detailed info.
- Al note that you can contact your reseller and get support from him

Did you set the correct fee % your exchange is charging for each trade? Are you using latest Gunbot version?

Most likely latest version will fix your issues. If it doesn't better to ask directly to your reseller to take a deep look into it, checking bot logs etc...

Hi, if you update to current latest version (v10), it's highly recommend to do a fresh install.  You can import settings from old versions, but v10 has so many new features that it's better to install from scratch. It's doesn't take long. Once you add the pairs, the bot will recognize the bought prices (they are read from the exchange), bags etc...

Hi Feri, sure, you can customize your own trading strategy. There is no need to code, it's much easier than that. For example, there is a parameter called STOP_LIMIT, you can set it to 5, and the bot will sell if the coin it purchased drops its value by 5%, other example, the parameter GAIN, set the minimum profit % for a trade, that is, if you set GAIN to 6 and the bot purchased a coin for 100, it won't sell it until the price reach, at least, to 106. You can create very advanced trading strategies just by changing parameters.

On the other hand, if you also get TradingView Addon for Gunbot, you also have the option of coding a trading strategy from scratch using Pine Script. This option requires some coding skills unless you decide to use TradingView Addon for executing alerts from other traders from tradingview.com.
