Technical Support & Development / Mystery BTT Coins in Gunbot Wallet

The other day I noticed one of the coins listed in my Gunbot wallet was BTT. I don't have any trading pairs of that name. My wallet in my account doesn't show anything with the BTT moniker nor do they sell any coins listed as BTT on their exchange.

I also noticed the number is getting bigger. Does anyone know what this could be? I've attached a picture.

Thank you again. You've been super helpful.

It turns out I've had several of these issues all at once. Between your replies and my reseller's assistance I think I've finally managed to eliminate the issue.

My database was too big.
My trade minimums were set to the wrong base currency pair.
my strategies were all at 100% trade limit.

I'm hoping that is all. I've been running for about an hour with a couple small buys and no new errors....yet.

I'm working with my reseller on that detail. Are there any other common causes? I can run through other solutions while I wait on them to reply to me.

The same thing is happening to me on Bittrex.

My errors also coincide with two codes in the command line:

l5926
1715

My database was huge so I deleted it and recreated it. The problem persists.

It also seems to be preventing TakeBuy purchases from happening.

Beginners & Help / newbie question about strategies

Hello everyone,

So I just got my bot installed and some basic configuration up on it and I figured I would test. I went to the Strategies section of the GUI and edited the bbstepgain strategy and then saved it.

I made sure my setup was set with the bbstepgain strategy. I'm using Bittrex and trying to trade USDT-XRP.

When I run the bot the settings seem to be running. I can see in the log that the trails I setup are running and that it is seeing my settings as I would expect. BUT the Core Checks all say that Buy and Sell are turned off and my bot isn't actually buying anything. The strategy says that buying and selling are set to TRUE. I'm not sure what is going on.

I've attached a screenshot of the log where you can see the Can We Buy and Sell are both set to NO.
