I bought my license through the website a couple days ago.  What telegram channel should I join for assistance?

There is a Telegram channel, but nobody responds.
The Telegram channel is useless for getting support.

I recommend you visit again the website where you bought the license, in theory those of us authorized resellers are obliged to offer assistance to all our clients, I suppose that on the website you will have some contact form
