Title: Help. Newbie here. I can't start my gunbot

Can anybody tell me how to fix this?  :-[

The config in hosts is good. I have windows 10. My gunbot version is 3.3  (https://s7.postimg.org/4k3dj6e6z/image.jpg)

Any  thoughts please?   :(

I can not tell on the log/errors, but is there a special reason sticking to that version of Gunbot?
