Hi Can someone help me .I need to change my exchange API key as my account got reset on the exchange,   can someone point me in the right direction who I contact to get this changed. I sent a message to the administrator and they said contact support staff?  Sorry if i sound dumb but how do I contact support - thankyou fellow gunbot members.  Graham

Hi I purchased gunbot 3 last year and gave my bittrex API key to Gunthar to set up my account but now this has changed.

1)Does the new bittrex API key need  updating on the system for me to carry on using Gunbot

2) I want to upgrade to the latest version which I can run in my browser - can i upgrade to this with my API for all exchanges  (cryptopia , kraken etc)

Thankyou for the reply.  I downloaded version 4 and its got a file called gunthy.exe and it comes up with and error saying "Invalid license for bittrex - please contact Gunthar"   . Do I need authorisation for this?

Technical Support & Development / Upgrading from 3.3.5 to version 4

Hi I have just purchased Gunbot and was sent a link for verison 3.3.2 and its working fine . I really want to run version 4. Can anyone advise how I can run this newer version as believe its  a free upgrade?
I download version 4 and I tried swapping the EXE file but this still runs version 3.3.5.  Your help would be much appreciated - Thanks Graham

Hi I an new to this. Please can you tell me how I can buy the license?   I have downloaded the software but it is asking for a license when I run it. Sorry if I sound a bit of a newbie!    Thankyou Graham
