Title: Feature Request - Self Manage Sub Keys

This is a tough one, not sure how you would police, but it would sure be nice for both parties if we could add/remove subkeys without having to go through Gunthar. Less work for him and less pain/wait for us.

You are policing this now by some method, I am assuming that method could be automated.

Gunthy-GUI has this feature through his telegram bot.
It limits the change to once per week and only allows 1 API per exchange
